      Features

      1. SUS316 Non-clog Vortex impeller, minimized abrasive wear,large impeller clearance, and maintenance free.
      2. Pump is equipped with motor overload protector,it will shut off automatically to prevent motor from burnout whenever its voltage drop,impeller plugged, and other unusual conditions.
      3. The mechanical seal part combines with superb double set mechanical seals, Silicon Carbide(SIC) Material.
      4. Impeller,pump casing and motor housing are made of stainless steel SUS316 for corrosive waste water/sewage use.

      Structure

      • The pump casing, impeller, and motor housing are made of stainless steel SUS316 material.
      • It is equipped with dual mechanical seal made of wear-resistant SIC(Silicon Carbide)material, to overcome harsh environment.

      Dry-running or low water level running is forbidden for submersible cutter pump,It could cause damage on mechanical seal and motor coils. To avoid this situation, installer can connect float switch on control panel, to make sub.pump on & off automatically.Single phase sub. pump can be equipped with float switch directly on pump.

      A. Single Phase Submersible Pump(0.5~2HP)can be equipped with float switch on pump.

      • The float switch control automatically starts the pump at a high water level to drain and prevent sewage overflow. It stops at a low water level to avoid running the pump without water, which could cause the motor coils to overheat and get damaged.
      • EVERGUSH submersible sewage pump is equipped with a float switch and is installed in the sewage well or wastewater pit to automatically drainage waste water.

      B. Connect Float switch on control panel, to run the pump automatically(For both 1 and 3 phase models).

      • You can choose a customized EVERGUSH control panel for EVERGUSH wastewater pumps. Panel is connected with some float switches to allow the pump system to automatically drain and shut down.You can choose a single pump to operate alone or two units (multiple units) to alternately operate in parallel. The outer box has a single door or double door(with window) choice, steel plate or stainless steel material, direct start or Y-delta start or Soft Starter control. EVERGUSH control panel is customized and designed to meet the on-site environment and regulatory requirements.

      • Through simple and convenient installation, we can connect the pump onto guide rail device. Whenever the pump needs maintenance, it can be easily pulled out through guide bar to dismantle, repair or examine the pump. Because wastewater pits or septic tanks could contain deadly biogas(methane) and the environment is always extremely harsh.For Life safety purpose, The workers no longer take big risks to go down the septic tank to do maintenance or replacement. It's safer and more convenient to do maintenance for the pump.
      • The length of the guide rail(bar) is determined according to site conditions. The installer can purchase guide bars at local hardware stores.
      • TUS Stainless Steel SUS316 Guide Rail device:Main body of Guide Rail Device, Guide Holder, and Hook are all made of stainless steel SUS316 Material.
