    Features

    1. Non-clogging Vortex impeller, minimized abrasive wear,large impeller clearance, and maintenance free.
    2. The motor housing is made of fully cast iron, which has great heat dissipation.To reduce the temperature rise of the motor during continuous operation or heavy load(duty).
    3. To increase OTR(Oxygen Transfer Rate), and reduce Biochemical oxygen demand(BOD) from wastewater treatment.
    4. Mixing and stirring applications result in uniform Mixed Liquor Suspended Solid(MLSS) due to fine bubbles convention.
    5. Dry motor with overload protector;Cable with an epoxy resin sealed water-proof cable hood; Use deep groove C3 bearing to extend life time.
    6. Adopting cast iron FC200 material on motor housing,pump casing and impeller.The pump is coated with Epoxy.It's better corrosive-resistant and rust-resistant than common paint.
    7. Adopting superior abrasion-resistant dual mechanical seals(SIC,silicon carbide material)to ensure best seal effect and reduce abrasion from sewage.It's also suitable for long term running.

    Applications

    1. Oxygen aeration of wastewater for wastewater treatment.
    2. Oxygenated for aquaculture, such as fishing farming or shrimp farming or hydroponics applications.

    Actual Installation

    • Used in aquaculture farms to increase the oxygen content and dissolved oxygen rate of shrimp ponds or fish ponds.

    4. It's forbidden to operate submersible ejector pump(Sub.aerator) continuously under the lowest running water level.
