      Introduction

      1. The whole generator set includes diesel engine, alternator and control panel. It is mounted on a base. No need to worry about vibration. Durability is excellent.
      2. The alternator and diesel engine are in direct connection on a mounting frame. It conforms to international standards during operation, such as CNS、JIS、BS、DIN、NEMA and so on.
      3. It has automatic prevention and warning devices with high water temperature, low oil pressure, over speed, starter overrun,…etc. If above conditions occur, it will automatically stop and sound the alarm in order to ensure the safety of personnel.
      4. The generator adopts "STAMFORD" brand self-excited brushless alternator. It is simple to operate and easy for maintenance. It has compact and strong structure which conforms to the provisions of IEC34-7 of Im1201.
      5. The generator stator and rotor winding are made of insulation class H. It can provide high thermal conductivity, moisture resistant, heat resistant, pressure resistant and robust structure features.
      6. The generator comes with electronic type automatic voltage regulator (AVR), no load to full load voltage frequency variation within ±1%, maintaining output voltage stability.
      7. The generator output voltage is adjustable according to customer demand.
      8. Diverse engines selection, included DOOSON, FPT, CUMMINS, PERKINS,or CHINA brand engines.
      9. Sound-proof type is available.

      QC Center & TAF laboratory

      The real-life image of the Evergush generator testing lab at the Kaohsiung main plant—every Evergush diesel engine generator set produced is 100% tested in the TAF laboratory to ensure quality before shipment. Evergush currently has 4 testing rooms, with the largest capable of testing generator sets up to 1500KW.

      Model Description

      Note:

      1. The DOOSAN engine from South Korea has been merged into the Hyundai Group under the Hyundai (HYUNDAI) name. Our generator sets still use the DS designation.

      2. Engines from different international brands are produced in various countries, with ongoing manufacturing in different regions. Their prices and delivery times vary significantly.

      3. There are many engine brands in the market, originating from different countries. The Evergush generator sets (with any engine) must undergo testing by a third-party certification body (such as SGS) to ensure they meet the eight required tests outlined in the Fire Emergency Generator Set Approval Guidelines before being submitted to the Fire Department for approval. (Each model combination only needs to be approved once, and the approval is valid for two years). After the model passes the approval process, each generator set must also undergo testing at a TAF laboratory based on the eight required tests in the Fire Emergency Generator Set Approval Guidelines before shipment can proceed.
